The Future of Reputation

Lead Advisor at Rembrandt Consulting. Milko J.C. van Rijn specializes in the intersection of AI exposure, digital reputation, and privacy-aware communication. His approach is rooted in the principle that public information is no longer just visible—it is combined, summarized, expanded and interpreted to produce conclusions and recommendations. Milko looks back on a remarkable career where he always acted as the important link that connects business with technology. In his leader postions as Vice President and General Manager, he lived and lead organizations through 4 decades of digital tech revolutions (Internet, mobile communication, social media and artificial intelligence) that required poeple and businesses to adapt quickly and opportunity oriented.

Transparent communication, bold risk management and the philosophy of taking nothing for granted, were in Milko's eyes always the deciding success factors that would allow small family offices as well as large enterprises to stay agile, resilient and focused in disruptive times. He still lives this concept and uses his rich experience only as proof that innovation can arise where nobody would ever have thought of before. When we acknowledge that experience and past solutions are useless for the future, tjhen they become strong memorials that remind us:there is a always a solution, somewhere - even if we can't see it yet. This philosophy allows Rembrandt Consuilting to never kling to past successes but always look for the one-of-a-kind sution for the next challenge and to leverage technological innovation to transform every overwhelming challenge of modern information technology into a field full of treasure and new opportunities.
